Who is responsible

This website is run by Răzvan Dragomir, an individual based in Romania (EU). He is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach him by direct message on Instagram.

What we collect

Only if you subscribe: your email address, the time of your consent and the technical data needed to prove it (such as your IP address, kept by the email provider). The website itself has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies. Videos and downloads are hosted on this site, with no third-party players.

Why, and on what basis

To send you an email when a new episode or comic is released. The basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We use double opt-in: you must confirm from the email we send first. We do not sell or share your address, and we use it for nothing else.

Who processes it

Your email is stored by MailerLite (UAB “MailerLite”, Lithuania, EU) as our email provider. The hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) processes standard server logs, including IP addresses, to deliver the site; this can involve transfers outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all messages.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw your consent at any time, and object to processing. Message us on Instagram. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro) or to the authority in your own country.
